We’re excited to introduce the newest addition to our Beautiful Blooms team: Sylwia, who has joined us as an Account Manager. With a strong background in customer service and garden retail, along with a lifelong passion for plants, Sylwia brings a unique blend of professionalism, plant knowledge, and warmth to her role. She’s already making an impact, and we’re thrilled for our clients to get to know her better.
Sylwia’s path to the green industry is a wonderful story of passion meeting profession. Originally trained in linguistics, she holds a Master’s degree in Ukrainian Language—a foundation that shaped her outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Her ability to listen, connect, and problem-solve has been a hallmark of her work throughout her career. Whether helping a client select the right plant material or ensuring a maintenance plan is tailored to fit a property’s evolving needs, Sylwia approaches every interaction with curiosity and care.
Before joining Beautiful Blooms, Sylwia worked in customer service and managed garden stores, where she deepened her horticultural knowledge and grew even more passionate about helping others discover the joys of plants and gardening. That experience also gave her a firsthand understanding of the importance of attention to detail, seasonal timing, and matching the right plants to the right spaces—principles we live by here at Beautiful Blooms.
As an Account Manager, Sylwia serves as the main point of contact for many of our valued clients. Her role involves overseeing the details of landscape maintenance, coordinating with our crews, and ensuring that properties not only look great but also thrive season after season. It’s a role that requires equal parts horticultural insight, logistical coordination, and human connection—and Sylwia brings strength in all three areas.
But her connection to the green world doesn’t stop at work. Sylwia has been a devoted plant lover for years, with a special interest in houseplants and indoor gardening. Her own home is filled with greenery, and she loves swapping tips, stories, and plant-care hacks with anyone who shares the obsession. Her personal love for plants shines through in every conversation, and she’s already formed wonderful connections with several of our clients who appreciate that shared enthusiasm.
When she’s not in the field or connecting with clients, Sylwia enjoys spending her time creatively. She’s an avid painter and embroidery artist, and she also enjoys collecting stickers and crystals—small joys that reflect her eye for beauty and meaning in the details.
