We are a small, local, woman-owned business that has been providing exceptional lawn and landscaping services in the Menomonee Falls area since 2001. Our clients appreciate our diligence and dedication to caring for their properties, and our team loves seeing the fruits of their labors and the smiles on our homeowners’ faces.

Safety First

Beautiful Blooms is dedicated to ensuring a safe and fun working environment. We have an award-winning safety record, our team participates in OSHA10 Class, CPR, and First Aid training, and we offer ongoing training to ensure everyone is able to do their job safely.

For full-time employees we offer:

Flexibility: Full-time or Part-time schedules are available.

Work-Life Balance: Full-time hours are typically 45-50/week in season, we do not work on holidays, rarely on weekends, not on Sundays, and we do not plow snow!

Paid Sick/Vacation Time: Some team members may receive paid time-off.

Simple IRA: We offer a company match!

Education Allowance: Includes paid training opportunities.

Uniform Allowance: In addition to standard issue uniform.

Things you should know:

  • We are a drug and smoke-free company. We do a drug test, pre-employment.
  • We do not tolerate poor attendance or tardiness.
  • Maintenance work is a physically demanding job.
  • We expect you to work physically hard for an 8-10 hour shift.
